Salah was born and raised in Mount Pleasant, SouthCarolina. He is a graduate of Wando High School (‘02), University of South Carolina (B.S., ‘06) and Charleston School of Law, (J.D., ‘10).

Salah was raised in a family deeply rooted in the construction and realestate industries. He gained hands on experience which now provides him valuable insight while handling construction related legal issues for clients.

While in law school, Salah clerked for the Honorable Judge Bristow Marchant of the Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina, an invaluable experience which he credits with his decision to handle trial work and civil litigation.

Salah focuses his practice on business and contract disputes, construction litigation and bond claim defense, personal injury, insurance litigation, and criminal defense. From a landlord-tenant dispute to a complex lawsuit involving major construction defects on a $1 million+ dollar home, Salah brings a passionate and relentless approach to fighting for his clients’ interests.

Salah is also a licensed realestate broker/agent and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

In addition to English, Salah speaks fluent Arabic and is proficient in French.
