Biography
Tony was born and raised in Charleston, SC. He is a graduate of Bishop England High School (‘88), the College of Charleston (B.A., ‘92) and Campbell University, School of Law (J.D., ‘96). While in law school Tony was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
Today, Tony and his wife Rachel live in Charleston with their two kids and one lab. Tony and his family are members of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and are actively involved in the Charleston community.
Tony was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1996 and was thereafter admitted to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina in 1998 as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit in 1999. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 2000.
Tony has practiced law with the Mason Law Firm since 1996 and focuses his practice on personal injury, accident litigation, wrongful death and survival cases, products liability, insurance litigation and workers’ compensation.
Tony has earned an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale Hubbell. This rating is a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. Lawyers are objectively rated by attorneys and members of the judiciary in five areas: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability and legal experience. An AV Peer Rating is a significant accomplishment.
